Schuur Architects (previously known as OTB Architects) is an architectural firm based at the Tyger Waterfront in Bellville, Cape Town. We provide a full range of architectural services and our focus lies with property developers, home makers, industrial and commercial operators. With projects all over the Western Cape and Gauteng, we bring a holistic perspective to each client’s brief and site.
Schuur Architects is focused on Building Efficiency, Innovation and Architectural delight within budget. Knowing how permanent buildings are, we take pleasure in ensuring that buildings capture hearts and remain within budget.
